Hey there-

I'm Ashley!

We are most definitely building our life from the ground up.

I am a rural mom of three, have been a stay at home mom for almost 10 years, living on a first generation wheat farm in the PNW.

Things really got started when we got married and KNEW we wanted to build a life we could not only look back and be proud of but pass down to our children. My husband was born and raised on a multi generation farm but branched out as there was not enough work. Years prior to us meeting he started working for other farmers, doing custom work and when our right after our oldest was born we bought our first piece of farm ground.

From early on we knew I would be a stay at home mom, to raise our kids and help on the farm. With a short stint back at work it became alarmingly aware my place was in the home. Even though I knew staying home was exactly where I was supposed to be motherhood and wearing the title of stay at home mom didn’t always come easy to me in the beginning. With a genetic epilepsy disorder that takes quite a bit of my energy and adjusting to many new roles inside the home and around the farm I knew I could stay stuck OR help pave a new path for our entire family.

With trial and error and searching for several years I really started to dive into creating rhythms and habits in our daily life to create more confidence, energy and joy I knew I desired as a mom.

It became who I am today.

It’s how I pulled myself out of some really challenging seasons and have built multiple businesses.

The simple act of starting your day with getting dressed and ready, spending time with Jesus, taking your morning supplements, nourishing your mind and body really impact your mood, energy, productivity, confidence + overall joy.

This is what you will find here.

Habits that work, tools we love, pieces we’ve created that all simultaneously create more confidence, energy and joy along this beautiful journey called life.

Cannot wait to get to know you more on this journey
